Travis is nice, but every time I bring my car in for service (oil changes and recalls) he recommends over $1,000 worth of additional work. This last time I brought my Acura MDX in for a recall (free ser service (oil changes and recalls) he recommends over $1,000 worth of additional work. This last time I brought my Acura MDX in for a recall (free service) and walked out with a recommendation for $4,500 worth of services. I declined the services and took my car to a different Acura mechanic to get a second opinion. This mechanic said there was NOTHING that needed to be fixed and replaced my battery for $200 (Courtesy Acura wanted over $350). Bottom line: I will not trust Courtesy Acura nor Travis to deal with me honestly moving forward. I would caution anyone who is considering buying a car or receiving service from this dealership. More

Once again, I had a excellent service and maintenance experience with Courtesy Acura on my MDX. They provided me with a new MDX as a loaner to use while they kept my car for a number of 100K-maintenance experience with Courtesy Acura on my MDX. They provided me with a new MDX as a loaner to use while they kept my car for a number of 100K-maintenance items. They also applied discounts to my total bill, which they often do upon request. When I booked the vehicle for an oil change it gave me an estimate of $84.95 which is in line with what I have been paying. When I dropped the car off, I was told it would be $110 because it needed special estimate of $84.95 which is in line with what I have been paying. When I dropped the car off, I was told it would be $110 because it needed special oil for the turbo. I've never heard that since I've owned the car. The service advisor knocked off $10 but not sure why the difference since my last oil change as Courtesy was $75 six months ago and no special oil was required. More
