First Time Drip Excellent customer service as usual from Courtesy Acura. The attention to the customer is unlike any other dealership. Strangely, I got home (15 miles) and parked the RDX in the garage. Later, I pulled out to go on an errand and noticed a substantial oil spot on the garage floor. Ugh, clean up time! No drips now so perhaps the service tech forgot to wipe down the frame after the filter/oil removal. Probably a detail the service manager could remind the techs to watch. More

100k mile Oil Change and taillight service recall Jack was polite, knowledgable in explaining all the service recommendations at 100k miles. Although I only opted forth oil change due to time, he dut Jack was polite, knowledgable in explaining all the service recommendations at 100k miles. Although I only opted forth oil change due to time, he dutifully went down the list. Technician did find a couple other things that we discussed and Jack provided and estimate for. At no time did I feel pressured to complete any of the services, but did take away a couple of items that need to be done. Some of the service items seemed very high, so will shop around for better prices. I'd like to have it all done at Courtesy, but must check some of this out. More

We had another great experience with Courtesy Acura!! I was able to make a service appointment for my MDX within a few days of calling to schedule!. Once I got to my appointment, I was greeted and went in I was able to make a service appointment for my MDX within a few days of calling to schedule!. Once I got to my appointment, I was greeted and went in to discuss what services I needed with Jack. Very short wait time to get checked in. Once my car was done, I received a call from Jack indicating that my car was ready to be picked up!! The services provided were explained in detail and I was on my way! Great customer service!!! More

Fixing recurring issues I brought my car in diagnose multiple strange issues with my gas cap and display in console.
