Very prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, and flat out helpful. I had questions about a Preventative Maintenance Schedule for my 2017 Acura MDX. Chris took the time to print me the Maintenance Journal for my vehicle. Also, I absolutely need my vehicle to be completed in the hour and a half that it was promised to be completed. Check! With help from Chris, my car was ready after an hour and a half and I was able to make my doctor's appointment that followed my Courtesy maintenance visit. Receiving my car after a thorough inspection and completed work, the car wash, bottled water, and mint are noticed and appreciated. I have not had any other dealership do that. Nice touch. Your customer waiting room makes staying a comfortable experience. Again, thanks to Chris. Courtesy Acura is lucky to have him on your team. More
