Oil change. I had a 630am appointment. I text my service memeber asking if the car was ready at 9am. Never heard back so I drove to the dealership. I received a t I had a 630am appointment. I text my service memeber asking if the car was ready at 9am. Never heard back so I drove to the dealership. I received a text at 950am saying the car is scheduled for noon. I picked up my car around 1030 without my car being worked on. I made an appointment for 630 not noon. More
