Great experience during a routine maintenance visit I scheduled an appointment for routine maintenance and was greeted warmly when I arrived and was directed to the customer waiting area as I needed to I scheduled an appointment for routine maintenance and was greeted warmly when I arrived and was directed to the customer waiting area as I needed to wait for my car. I was told the approx. time my car would take and that the same person who checked me in would be giving me an update. Not only was there coffee, water and snacks available while I waited, but my car was ready almost exactly when it was promised. My car had been washed and I was given a bottle of water for my trip home. It's these little touches that differentiate this dealer from many others. It was a very pleasant experience. More

Ashley was great, checking-in was simple, driving a new loaner was fun, and the reverse process went just as smoothly. My RDX came back ready for a few thousand more miles of driving and next time I will probably schedule the service before my car starts telling me that it's overdue. Great experience. More

Helpful instructions for Safety Connor Thomas was very helpful when I called after getting to work and my battery/alternator light had come on. He advised about safety concerns as m Connor Thomas was very helpful when I called after getting to work and my battery/alternator light had come on. He advised about safety concerns as my car would likely stall if I tried to drive to the dealership. He arranged for a loaner for the next day. I was able to make it out of my parking garage and call AAA for a tow just in time as my car died in a parking lot rather than on the highway. This could have been a really bad and unsafe situation for me. Vehicle was promptly repaired. More

Best car service experience ever I brought in my car with a suspected dead battery. Hollie quickly figured out that I wanted to be in and out as fast as possible. She explained what I brought in my car with a suspected dead battery. Hollie quickly figured out that I wanted to be in and out as fast as possible. She explained what the costs of the battery would be if that was what was needed and suggested that she not take time to confirm with me. She offered the car wash and did not push all the other inspection work. That met my needs exactly. In short order, she found me in the customer waiting lounge to tell me that my care was ready. I felt great at that point only to be surprised by a cold bottle of water and a chocolate waiting for me on my vehicles console. I will be back! More
