Ok I was told my vehicle would be 1. 5 in for an oil change. So I chose not to wait. By the time I got almost to work I received a call stating my vehicle was ready. I know it was early I just prepared for the full time. Oh I almost forgot, is it dealership practice to have the fob or key in the ignition while you drop off your vehicle? I’m asking because I was standing there as my vehicle was running and anyone could have jumped in and taken off. As a matter of fact I went back and rolled the window back up. Finance Manager Fernando Garcia-Aguiniga was friendly and efficient in completing the lease documentation and "persuasive" in "upselling" me on several dealer-supplied products and services. And Service Advisor Francisco ("Frankie") Camarillo did a great job completing several vehicle delivery items and arranging LYFT rides to and from my home. All in all, the staff at Courtesy Chevrolet made leasing my new TAHOE PREMIER SUV a very good experience! More

After finding a flat tire on my car just before close of business, I called the service department and was able to get a new one there next morning without a problem, and they even priced matched it.
