"Great Customer Service Mediocre Vehicle Servicing"

Two trips to dealer to fix a computer error light so truck could pass smog. First trip, light didn't stay off long enough to get to smog test station. After second visit problem is now intermittent and the light was off long enough for the truck to pass the smog test. I had to work over a week to earn the money to the computer light to go off long enough to pass my smog test and I'm not sure my money was well spent. The actual mechanics seem to do exactly what they are asked of and no more. A running light is out on the vehicle and this was never discussed. When I get my vehicle back I want to feel that the dealer has looked it over and it's good. I don't get a feeling of confidence with this dealership in terms technical proficiency. Customer service is great but satisfaction in the quality of workmanship in regards to technical service is nominal.

"Larry is ALWAYS upbeat and happy and nice to work with!!"

Larry is great, friendly and reliable! They had to take out my glove compartment and in doing so spilled my items on the floor, they replaced most of the items, however, some was still remaining so they didn't completely clean things up. As far as the other service; oil change, tire rotation and alignment, new air filter.... assuming it is all good!!

"Recall handling"

The dealer called me to schedule recall work on a brake problem and were very attentive, processing me in quickly and offering transportation as well as text messages to keep me aware of progress. I like working with this dealer. While there, I was able to get some questions answered about the tracking of expected miles shown on the console for this all electric car. Every interaction was handled quickly and professionally.

Great place to get service. They are fast cheap and even washed my truck when done. Offered me a really good rate for a maintenance plan to help take care f my vehicle. Excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Overall great place to buy from and deal with.
