Once again another fantastic service experience from Courtesy! I had initially come in for an oil change as well as figuring out the next steps for getting a cracked windshield replaced. Darrell was great in getting all of the steps handled, as well as helping get the oil changed which is normally only done across the street at Jeep. We took our 2018 Chrysler Hybrid plugin to the Superstition Springs Dealership and were so glad we did. We suspected that we had a problem with the hybrid batter and would likely need Chrysler to Superstition Springs Dealership and were so glad we did. Leo was our service coordinator and he did a wonderful job acting as our advocate to Chrysler and we ended up being taken care of completely. He determined after running diagnostics that the hybrid batteries had to be reset which required their removal and further testing to ensure the efficacy of the batteries to fully recharge and operate to new car criteria. Brandon, the service manager allowed us to have our car towed in for service a week before the 1st available service appointment. In the event they could possibly run diagnostics so they could tell us how long the car would take to repair. Leo saw to it that this was done prior to the date of that appointment. Chrysler ended up paying for all diagnostics,service and cost of the rental car giving us a vehicle to drive. We greatly appreciated the service rendered to us. They truly know what they are doing. More

I inherited a 2009 Jeep that wouldn’t pass emissions. I met with Darrell and he was so helpful, gave realistic expectations and timeframes and got us through all the repairs. The service team were good getting the job done, but we're slow with initial communication updates.
