Front desk staff was great. But the person who did my service didnt do tire rotation as all tires are in the same place. Also brake pads wear was put as a general 6mm where i know the front once were placed in service six months before the rear ones. I found this process a little bit difficult. Unfortunately the part to fix my car is no longer manufactured, and it was really difficult to get updates or answers from the service department unl Unfortunately the part to fix my car is no longer manufactured, and it was really difficult to get updates or answers from the service department unless I called. I had called once looking to see the part number to assist in the search, and when I called back to ask for an update the guy that answered said that he was told I was taking this over. Lol very much not, but given the situation it was just frustrating after going a month with no car. I know the situation is difficult considering they no longer manufacture the part but I think some flexibility in assisting me in finding a different outlet to find a replacement given its unique circumstances would’ve been appreciated. Everytime I called it was a different reasoning, person, and confusion with the part. Nonetheless I appreciate the staff being responsive when I did call and for not charging service since the car was not fixed. Just some things to consider for the future. More
Experience was great for the test drive and financing the vehicle. It was afterwards that it went downhill. They screwed my license plate too high crooked and not center of the vehicle. Called the general manager to ask if they would replace the trim that they drilled the license plate into because it ruins the look of the truck and it's in the wrong spot completely. Stevie Wonder could have done a better job. I was basically told to get screwed in other words. Not happy at all. It has me concerned that they can't even put a license plate on properly or willing fix it to make the customer happy what makes me think that with their free oil change and free engine replacement for life policy that they would even honor it or do it properly.
