I had an appointment for 10AM. I arrived at 9:45. Explained I was there for an inspection and a vibration issue on my 2 week old used car. I asked the gentleman should I get a loaner and come back. The car wasn’t touched until 11:45. I finally got the car back at 12:50 ish. This was supposed to be them making up for a review I had just made. I was told the GM wanted to talk to me. I didn’t see or hear from that person. They wanted to fix the issues so the review doesn’t stick. I also informed the person that called me to take my review back that my driver side mirror signal was broken when I drove the car off the lot. Doesn’t seem to have been looked at. They offer a lifetime engine warranty if you get all your service there. It may be worth breaking that to never have to deal with this company again. Seems like your avg dealership stuff. The salesman walked on water before the sale and once the sale was completed couldn’t be bothered. The business office was the real issue. Because I didn’t finance through them I handed them my pre approval paperwork with very easy instructions on how to proceed. They wouldn’t have even looked at it if I hadn’t brought it up during the paperwork process. Then on the day I was supposed to pick it up I was told that I had to contact my bank to proceed!! I politely told them to check my file look for the paperwork and call the number. Once that was done the financing went through. The car was supposed to go through a 31 point check however my driver side mirror signal was cracked and non functional. Also when the car gets to about 74 it rattles. It’s a Buick with less that 55k miles on it. Shouldn’t drive like that. Hopefully they can address my concerns when I bring it in for the inspection. More
