Worst company to ever get cars from super shady ! They do not stand behind the cars they sell I’ve replaced 2 Cadillac converters n still have an engine light on ! They refuse to do the work they call n explain is going to happen when you drop off the car when you pick it up they claim no one explained what was that was going to happen they make you look crazy when you get mad ,,,, contacted private in response to my review yes a repair shop did the work which was convenient for my pockets when they wanted to charged me 1800 for a 2 hr job and a 600$ part I have serviced that car I purchased about 10 times within the year of owning it! I had 2 warranties an every time I had an issue I never gotten help with the repair I was told it’s not covered ! There is no way I bought 2 different converters from 2 different companies and neither of them worked but yet my car never ran funny until a problem just now resulting in a fuel problem that they said they couldn’t find that car is a rip off and they know it they know they sold me a piece of crap! More

I had a good experience dealing with Jason. He was helpful and as far as I can tell honest about pricing etc right from the beginning. I notified the service writer that my vehicle is leaking oil when I brought it in for an oil change. The other service writer chimed in that my vehicle has a known issue and there is a TSB about it. I was oil when I brought it in for an oil change. The other service writer chimed in that my vehicle has a known issue and there is a TSB about it. I was assured they would check it out. They completed the oil change and then they told me they couldn't find any evidence of an oil leak. I said "That's funny...so I have imaginary oil on my garage floor and brand new seal coated driveway?" The service writer just shrugged his shoulders and said they sidn't find anything. Coincidentally, it is still leaking imaginary oil. More

Have brought my car to them since i bought it brand new in 2018 was just told this visit my breaks at at 1mm and I’m missing two lug nuts that’s 70$ to replace.
