Went to buy a used car with my 20 year old son, and Kyle was our sales representative. He was very nice and took his time with us, and was very patient through the whole process and all our questions. He en was our sales representative. He ended up buying a 2007 Nissan Altima, which came with a 2-year powertrain warranty which we were very pleasantly surprised about. On the other hand the service department could really use a little Improvement. The interior was poorly cleaned, the engine smells like burning oil when we took it for a test drive which was just needed a good power washing after they did some maintenance to the car to get it ready for sale. Also they had reset the t p s system, and as my son took it home the next day oh, lo and behold the t p s light came back on. We live an hour away so it's not convenient to come back and forth especially for something that should have already been taken care of. Hopefully they will replace it this time and not just reset it. Good thing as a 30-day bumper-to-bumper warranty which is common with any used car sold through a dealership. Hopefully the service department will improve on their service both of cleaning and servicing vehicles they're not very thorough. Sales department and Kyle I give an A+! More
