I took my car in to have the oil changed and the tires rotated with my service agreement. The appointment was an hour and a half long and I live very close so they took me home and picked me back up when rotated with my service agreement. Everyone was very helpful, as soon I got in everyone say hi and offered to assist, I asked for Jo and he was ready to assist me. As well the process to get a loaner was so easy and great experience. As comparison I want to mention that we have a Cadillac Vistiq and 3 months ago we went to service next to GMC at Cadillac and the experience was not that good in comparison on how they treat us and not having a loaner available with the excuse they sold all their loaners. Thank you GMC Covert for bean great! Keep it with the great customer experience. More
