I am disappointed in my experience with this dealership. Two items truly diminished my experience. I believe that I was lowballed on my trade in without a great explanation (shame on me too for accepting i Two items truly diminished my experience. Then in the finance dept I was not given great guidance on the detail of the charges in my finance agreement. I had in excess of $8000 added in " other aftermarkets". When I got home and was able to review everything, I called back to the dealership. It was explained that some of this was add on warrantees that had I better understood their price points during the process, I might not have elected some of them. The other was explained as window tint and such... that is some expensive window tint. A little more clarity in the document signing process would have been helpful. More
I have used this dealership for years and I’ve always had a good experience. My most recent service experience was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a car dealership ever. I did call and left two messages for the manager to have a conversation about it and never received a phone call back, which made it even worse so I’ll probably be looking for another dealership to service my vehicles from now on.
