Internet purchase I recently found pictures of a beautiful used Buick Enclave at Covert Cadillac and we were in the market for a newer one. I inquired and was promptly I recently found pictures of a beautiful used Buick Enclave at Covert Cadillac and we were in the market for a newer one. I inquired and was promptly called by their internet manager The following morning, as I had made my inquiry after hours, I was contacted by a very pleasant young man named Cory Rutherford. I live approximately 300 miles from their dealership in Austin, Texas and was planning to come look as it Never crossed my mind to purchase without hands on and driving . I spoke at length with Cory who assured me it could be done quickly and without worry over the phone ( Scary) so I scoured the pictures finding a few blemishes and asked Cory to look it over for me. He did and sent closeup pictures with assures that they would make it look new. This car was for my wife and she’s picky so I was nervous. Cory and I came to deal on Thursday afternoon, he said I’d have it Saturday afternoon and Friday they fixed the blemishes and delivered it to my door Saturday afternoon. It was beautiful and the drivers were very courteous and professional. My fears were put to rest due to Cory being a man of his word and doing what he said he would do, ( quite unusual in the arena of automobile sales).
