Jonathan Sosa is the BEST!! I emailed Covert Cadillac about looking at an ATS late in the day on a Saturday. Jonathan emailed me back immediately and insisted I come look at the ATS even though they were closing in 30 minutes. I was hesitant, as I didn't want to keep them there after hours. I test drove the car, negotiated the price, and was out of the dealership within about an hour and a half with my new car. They do not waste time haggling and are very upfront on what they can and cannot do, thus not wasting your time. It was the best car buying experience I have had, which is saying a lot, since I am a tough negotiator. Every time I go in for service (oil changes) I am always greeted by Jonathan. It isn't just a sale to him, he genuinely cares about his clients. Joe was the manager assisting with the sale and he was just as friendly, too. He was keeping me informed throughout the process. Daniel went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the car and he even got us a better price than we had been expecting. From the moment I spoke with him, I could tell this was going to be a great experience. When I arrived, he had three different vehicles ready for my wife and I to test drive. We ended up going with the mercedes gl 450 and couldn't be any happier. The only thing better than the car was the customer service that Daniel gave us. We really felt at home, we were not pressured like a lot of salesman in the past. He was friendly and really took time to explain the pros and cons of each of the vehicles. Once we decided what we wanted, he took us over to see Armen. Armen was just as great as Daniel, he didn't try and push us to buy the full on warranty. Instead, he showed us the options and told us the items he would not pick and than the ones he would pick. I was so impressed, and actually agreed that we would get the three he showed us. Overall, this was the best experience I have ever had buying a car and will definitely be going back to see Daniel and Armen when we are ready for our next car.
