In fact, even though I ended up buying a car from a different dealership, his professionalism and genuine excitement for me was apparent, and although he expressed his disappointment, he also continued to offer his support and expertise if I ever needed it. If Eric is a primary example of the kind of people Covert Cadillac employs, then this is truly a unique auto dealership, and car-buying experience.
