Poor sales experience Went this weekend to purchase a new Sorrento. We had a True car quote so everything was supposed to be easy. They would not honor the TC quote but g Went this weekend to purchase a new Sorrento. We had a True car quote so everything was supposed to be easy. They would not honor the TC quote but got close at about $500 above. They tried to add a package for door edge guards and tint for $415. The rear widows come standard with privacy glass. Then they low balled our trade. Ended up going to another dealer and in 10 minutes had their deal beat by $2000. Wont be back More

The general manger of Covina Valley Kia, Wes Parker, doesn't give two flying xxxxs about his customers. Twice I have tried to complete an oil consumption test on my 2013 Kia Optima to have them blow me off for the follow up appointments to measure the results. Meanwhile my car is burning oil like crazy and now smells like fuel. I am sure that they know this will be a warranty repair that they don't want to perform it. I am having the test done by another dealership who understands that a customer's time and vehicle are important to them. I will never go back and I hope they go out of business. Oh, and go screw yourselves service department employees and specifically Wes Parker. You don't care about your customers. As a matter of fact, because of my treatment, I will be selling my car and NEVER purchasing a Kia again. I should've stuck with Toyota More

Never again!!! In November 2017, I was looking to trade in my 2014 Kia Optima. I was promised (by the sales manager Jeff) that they would park the last 2017 Kia Sorr In November 2017, I was looking to trade in my 2014 Kia Optima. I was promised (by the sales manager Jeff) that they would park the last 2017 Kia Sorrento in the back so that I could pick it up the next day. When I got there after driving over 150 miles, I was informed that the car had been sold. (Problem #1) The only alternative was to purchase a 2018 Sorrento, which was over $10,000 more. After much haggling, I decided to do the deal. Only problem, they never paid my Kia Optima off. (Problem #2) Kia Motors Finance called me in January to continue making the payments on the Optima (that I no longer had). After trying for days to get in touch with Jeff, and repeatedly told to talk to KMF, I was informed that there was nothing Covina Valley Kia could do. After weeks of attempting to take it higher up the chain of command, I was finally able to speak with Wes Parker, the GM. Eventually, he agreed to send me a check to resolve the last 6 months of payment that I owed. The only problem was that the payment was now over 30 days late, and it was reflected on my credit report. (Problem #3) I called KMF again to dispute the late payment, and they told me to get a letter on official letterhead from Covina Valley Kia explaining that I was not the one responsible for the payments. Unfortunately, upon asking CV Kia for the letter I was informed that that was not a service they could provide. (Problem #4) I consider myself to be a very patient and reasonable man, but after such an unprofessional and discourteous experience with Covina Valley Kia, I decided I would be remiss as a customer to not share my story with others and warn them against doing business at such an establishment. More
New car broke down the next day! MY BRAND NEW CAR BOUGHT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BROKE DOWN THE NEXT DAY! I bought my Kia Niro on 2/18/18 and it broke down the next day as I was driving MY BRAND NEW CAR BOUGHT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BROKE DOWN THE NEXT DAY! I bought my Kia Niro on 2/18/18 and it broke down the next day as I was driving on the freeway! It stopped running at 160 miles and I had to be towed to the nearest Kia dealership -at night. I did not even have my car for 24 hours! Today is 2/22/18 and my car is still at the service department and still not working. I called Covina Valley Kia to see what they can do -and they're just giving me the run around. They sold me a car that completely stopped working the day after I purchased it! This is unacceptable. This is wrong. Please don't buy your car from Covina Valley Kia! It might break down the following day! More
