They both always ensure that my needs are met with my vehicle and make sure they keep me posted on issue surrounding my vehicle. The time promised is always the time I get my car back finished give or take some time, but they have kept me posted. Shelly Jackowski is the excellent and professional service. I have a 2006 Toyota Camry, always serviced by Shelly since I bought it new. I drive long distance from NE Washington DC, and West to California fo I have a 2006 Toyota Camry, always serviced by Shelly since I bought it new. I drive long distance from NE Washington DC, and West to California for numerous time. Now I have 24,000 miles, and never a problem. She recommends all the need service to the car. I also have my son's Toyota Matrix to have Shelly do the recommended maintenance. More
