Recently purchased 2022 Hyundai Sante Fe, witching a day of the purchase I noticed an issue with the brakes squealing also there was a muffled noise come from the ac. I immediately advised my salesman and of the purchase I noticed an issue with the brakes squealing also there was a muffled noise come from the ac. I immediately advised my salesman and his superior , I was advised to take it to Hyundai dealership as the vehicle was still under warranty. I expressed my concerns being that was preexisting and I didn't feel comfortable taking it to Hyundai. Nonetheless I took it to Hyundai as instructed they in fact told me that's something that wasn't covered . I again contacted Cox upon me arriving to service they stated they would correct it. I spent the entire day at Cox , received the SUV back and experienced the same exact issue. Scheduled another service , service advisor explained this will be the last service they will be addressing. 4 hours later received the suv back with the same issue made a U-turn returned back to service Thomas advised to drive over the weekend to see if the noise stops which it didn't . 9/28/26 I contacted Thomas again as well as Steve Hummel , Thomas states he will now banish the brake pads and if that doesn't correct the issue he's not sure what the problem is. I've had the vehicle for 1 month and it has been serviced 4 times and the issue hasn't been resolved. More
