I was here for just over 2.5 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall I had no idea needed to be done. I have not received an email or anything by mail for this recall. So instead of may e an hour I was here for just over 2.5 hours. More

The worst service I’ve had Crain Kia’s employees are very unprofessional and no help when it comes to customers investments. Need new management. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Finance manager RICH MOORE was extremely rude about the problem and gave me a hassle about getting me a rental to get to work while they repaired my vehicle , I will not be a customer anymore with them . luckily my warranty was still in effect because they did the bare minimum with poor customer service included .
