I made an appointment for 3:30pm to get my oil changed and they didn't even start the process until 5:00pm. I didn't get out of there until right before they closed. What is the use in making an appointme and they didn't even start the process until 5:00pm. I didn't get out of there until right before they closed. What is the use in making an appointment if it is not even going to be looked at until almost 2 hours later. This happens almost every time. I understand everyone is having a shortage of employees right now but this needs to be said when we make the appointment so a customer can allow that in their schedule. More
