It took 15 minutes to drop off my vehicle for a pre-scheduled appointment. The work then took over 3 hours. I did have a few recalls in addition to the oil change/tire rotation/multi-point inspec pre-scheduled appointment. The work then took over 3 hours. I did have a few recalls in addition to the oil change/tire rotation/multi-point inspections, but this still seems excessive and is the norm for this dealership. I had trouble getting someone on the phone to check on te status of my service, and they no one called back when I left a message. More
