Pleased with the Crain Kia from the sales staff to definitely the service department for fixing my Soul so when I stop at a light the motor stops and when I leave it starts back getting four miles to definitely the service department for fixing my Soul so when I stop at a light the motor stops and when I leave it starts back getting four miles to the gallon better. The Tameron dealership in D'Iberville Mississippi was totally lost and it took a real dealership like Crain to fix it!! More

The service personnel at Crain Kia are very professional and helpful. Overall, all the people I encounter when I was there (2.5 hours) were all helpful, polite, and concerned for my satisfaction. My only ne and helpful. Overall, all the people I encounter when I was there (2.5 hours) were all helpful, polite, and concerned for my satisfaction. My only negative comment, is that the women's bathroom has so much air freshner, etc. to hide the fact that employees smoke in the handicap stall. I noticed this a month ago when I was there getting another vehicle serviced. This needs to be corrected because a person with asthma could be triggered by the heavy amount of perfume/air freshner in the bathroom. More
