Dealership was good, Drew the Mech. was very knowledgeable and honest. I however was very disappointed that Kia wouldn’t fix my converter problem. This is my third soul n last. Started an oil consumption test on my Kia Optima. Upon return for first 1000 mile checkup, they topped off the oil and said that they had forgotten to record the mileage when they originally changed the o return for first 1000 mile checkup, they topped off the oil and said that they had forgotten to record the mileage when they originally changed the oil. Upon my return for the 2nd 1000 mile checkup, they suddenly came up with a record of the original oil change, but no mileage for the first checkup. So now, they're saying I've gone over 2,000 miles between checkups. It's no big deal other than now, it's gonna take longer to get this test done. More

I bought a telluride four months ago and my experience with this dealership couldn’t have been better. Our salesman and the entire staff went out of their way to help us.
