I probably will never come back to Crain Kia Conway. They have tried to get out of doing oils changes & fixing my window. My window was chipped when purchased the jeep . It was written on the IOU paperwork b have tried to get out of doing oils changes & fixing my window. My window was chipped when purchased the jeep . It was written on the IOU paperwork but when it appeared to be more difficult than a simple fix they tried to make me responsible for the whole window. Just the other day they tried to charge me for a oil change when I am supposed to have a maintenance package in my contract. But xxxx what the customers says right? And don’t get me wrong they have tried to make it right but it’s the fact that I’ve had to say something and the fact they have tried to get over on me TWICE. I will never be back or buy another vehicle from them More
Good experience with service center. Dissatisfied with those in front (salesmen) that felt mask wearing did not apply to them. Saw at least three in front. Clean and super friendly. Listen to what I was inquiring and told me about the coupons that were available. Service was quick even though I was a walk in. Frustrating that there were mask mandate signs on the doors yet majority of customers & several employees failed to comply. Great service, the lady at the service was helpful and very kind. I went in as a walk in and was out of there in an hour or less. While I was in the waiting area I was approached by another female employe very kind. I went in as a walk in and was out of there in an hour or less. They serviced my car and washed it for me, thank you! More
Always able to get me in with in a day or 2 for service. Booked 2 weeks out now. Said I could do walk in but would ha e to wait. I did. Waited 2.5 hrs. No problem with that. She even put it in the notes this time. Still no one EVER says to me that they've looked at it. That is my only complaint. If it breaks outside of warranty it's in me and that SUCKS! More
