Corey was amazing. However, there was trash left in my refrigerator, and someone’s toll tag was still on my windshield. My “new” car had over 500 miles on it. I’ve bought a used Cadillac with less miles than my “new” one. Also, upon further looking, it looks like someone also ate some sort of sticky Asian snack in the passenger seat. There was sticky residue left in the door pocket with a torn label stuck to it. Not sure what the snack was, because the label was in a foreign language. I do not think that salesmen or anyone should be able to drive a $188k car around town. But to trash it up and someone not even catch that. It also had sticky spots around the cup holders on the carbon pieces so it blended in and was unnoticeable. But it definitely should have been cleaned thoroughly before handing it over to us. I was highly disappointed. But that had nothing to do with Corey. He was awesome! Oh, and the chick in finance kept telling my husband he couldn’t refinance the vehicle for at least 10 months so it wouldn’t hurt his credit… but he owns his own home, we have over 10 vehicles, and just financed a $188k Escalade, I’m pretty sure he didn’t need financial advice from this lady. We refinanced it the following Monday with an interest rate that was 1/2 of the one we got at the dealership. Just do better, y’all. More
It was fabulous from calling Randy Nabor to tell him I'm thinking I'm ready for another car (like I've done for 20-25yrs) and him having Kodie waiting for me by the time I got there. I sat with Kodie telling him exactly what I wanted and within 48hrs Peyton reaching out with a video of exactly what I asked for! She was amazing from start to finish. Of course Randy came over to make sure I was happy, to make me feel like a valuable part of Crests family. This is not my first purchase from crest Cadillac and the reason is simple, it’s the people. It starts with our sales representatives Brett Bonin. He always listens to our wants and needs and delivers every time while also making the transaction as quick and seamless as possible. Same goes for the finance department, this time we closed with Dean Robbin’s and had a pleasant and quick close. And I have to mention Bryan Oldham our service representative. First I was lied to and told the truck had no error codes. I put my Fixd in and it detected one which was verified by the GMC dealer and cost $180 to fix. Then the checkout process.
