I think Cadillac needs to convey the message that it respects customer's time. I repeatedly requested that I not return to the dealership until everything was done so that all I needed to do was sign paperwork. Terms had already been negotiated and agreed to. I was assured that this was the case but when i arrived, nothing could've been further from the truth. Spent 1/2 day just sitting around waiting on others. Cadillac can do better!
