Communication isn’t the best, I’ve had multiple experiences there. The work done on my vehicle itself is great but the communication from advisors could be better. IE- I had a piece of metal pi experiences there. The work done on my vehicle itself is great but the communication from advisors could be better. IE- I had a piece of metal pierce a tire, I contacted my advisor to see if I had the warranty, he told me I did. I go to dealership and am told by a different advisor that I in fact do not have the warranty thus making me waste my time driving to dealership vs getting it taken care of immediately elsewhere.
