Went to Crest just to look at the XT4. Chris’ product knowledge and customer service sold us not only on the XT4 but in Crest Cadillac as the dealership we wanted to work with. Worst customer relation and deliberately mislead customers to sell their products. The managers don’t even listen to you on the mistakes they did. The parts are double the MSRP.
