I tried to buy a 2017 Mercedes-Benz CLS63. They strung me for six days. The finance person always was to busy to get my paperwork done. Once I received the paperwork, it was incomplete. I found a few 2024 Infinity QX50 with about 10k miles on them. The price seemed great, so I went to look at them. I met Al K. He walked me through the new electronics. If I had to complain...it would be that I expected to be out of the dealership in 60 minutes after agreeing to everything via email and it took 120 minutes. not a big deal, but it could have been a better closing . When i got home from dealership- after getting service- the check engine light came on and when i went to bring it back- it started making a loud noise. After evaluation- Robert said the noise was the ante the check engine light came on and when i went to bring it back- it started making a loud noise. After evaluation- Robert said the noise was the antenna that had been damaged in the car wash and the check engine light was a hole somewhere. I was having surgery the next morning so he offered to give me a loaner. It was all fixed in a couple of days and they did drop the car to me and made everything right- but it was stressful when i was pressed for time. More
Al Conkelton saved my experience with the dealership. When handling business, I'm not one to show emotions. He's demeanor stayed nice and helpful the entire time. However, the young lady that handled the finance portion, when I signed paperwork on the first day was nice until she saw I didnt want any perks. She text my deposit documents to hold the car to the wrong person and even after advising it was wrong I came the next day and it was still wrong. Her demeanor was very rude once she realized there wouldn't be any additional sales onto the vehicle and went silent. If I had dealt with her I would have walked out. So yes Al was great and a great addition to your team. More
