So when I arrived to pick up my car, even though Jordan wasn't at the counter at the time, another service rep started the checkout process so I didn't have to wait. It was just a few minutes before Jordan arrived, but it all made a difference.! Everything was taken Care of for my 20k service and addl service at very reasonable price. More

We have had concierge service on automobiles in the past but our experience with Crest was exceptional. We appreciated the communication and professionalism of the service team from the scheduler to the ser but our experience with Crest was exceptional.
