I got the car I ordered within a couple months, and they kept in touch with me for updates. However when the car was presented to me it was filthy inside and out. They had just taken it through a car wash before bringing it to me and I immediately noticed hundreds of scratches all over the entire body of the NEW BLACK car. Why they didn’t use a touch-less car wash for a very expensive new black vehicle is beyond me! The outside was also very dirty and had deeper scratches and scuffs. The inside was disgusting. Muddy shoes were worn and greasy fingerprints EVERYWHERE. A cleaner was sprayed that left a film and dried in thousands of individual spots. I was so disappointed to see a BRAND NEW EXPENSIVE car arrive in that condition. All the excitement of getting a new car quickly faded. The manager told me “the inside was unacceptable and he could have it detailed again by his workers” but I would have to keep the car there much longer, and I already waited hours past initial appointment time. He also did not acknowledge scratches on the exterior aside from two and said “I really can’t see what you’re seeing.” He offered to give me a voucher of a couple hundred bucks for me to take and have it detailed elsewhere. Surely to buff out all the scratches and detail both inside and out will cost plenty more for a good job. However this is a BRAND new car that I paid a LOT of money for and looked like slobs just threw a party in it!! Beyond disappointed. I would never ever recommend this dealership. The price you pay for a new vehicle to have a filthy scratched up one presented -I really don’t have words for….very disappointing experience to say the least. I also did not have a good experience with Nancy who completed the financial portion. She was extremely pushy on getting me to buy or upgrade packages/more warranties, etc. I told her multiple times no thank you but she kept at it. I also did not understand a portion of what she was quoting and wanted to call someone to confirm the amount/process was correct. She was NOT happy about this and her expression and tone TOTALLY changed towards me after this. Was not professional. Tyler was good in that he was following up with me through the process but he was not there the day I came to pick up vehicle. Luke was working with him and ultimately presented me with the vehicle. Because it came so disgustingly dirty and had several more miles than what I was quoted it would have I wasn’t happy with any of the experience. Just felt they wanted the money and didn’t give a care in the world about quality or good service. PLEASE get your car elsewhere!! More

Was told if I could leave my car they would squeeze me in that week. Dropped my car off on Tuesday, called on Thursday for just an update was told mine was next in line. Called the following Thursday was told that they hadn't even looked at it. Was told between appointments, being short staffed and call offs my car wasn't a priority. I said then I need a loaner car since the car I was borrowing needed to be returned to ita owner. Was told they didn't have any. And David chuckles saying he would need about 50. I told them that they really can't text or call me with updates, since calling them and actually getting someone to answer is a challenge. Was told no. They don't do that. I picked my car up later that day waited 15 minutes before someone came to the service desk. While waiting employees were smoking in the service bays and just standing around talking to each other. And sales members were reclined back at their desks. If sales are that slow they can call customers waiting on service updates on their cars. I picked up my car and took it to Ganley in Parma who looked at my car, called and text messaged me with updates the next day. More
