A lot of problems for brake replacement and tire replacement. I could hear the rattle leaving the parking lot. Finds out the caliper pin was stripped (hard to believe the car was test driven like replacement. I could hear the rattle leaving the parking lot. Again, should have been caught on test drive after tires were changed. I will say I am happy that the service manager provided me a rental. More

The service once I got there was fine. The issue is that when I called about a blue link notification and engine light on I was offered an appointment 7 weeks out. I dropped the car off and was without the car for four days. I had to call for an update, no one called me to tell me the car was done. More
