Very sorry that the O2 sensor we installed was faulty but definitely glad that you were able to get your car repaired reasonably. As we stated, we definitely understood your frustration but cars that our 10 yrs old and have 150k miles on them can definitely have some issues at times. We also understood you wanting to handle the repair at a shop closer to home. Not sure whether you went through your personal mechanic or with the dealership we set you up with but either way we are glad that your issue was resolved. Hopefully your family will enjoy the car for the coming years. Congrats again on the new ride.
