A harness was supposed to be ordered in February. I was told numerous times it was taken care of, but it was never ordered. I brought the car in because of something rattling in the rear liftgate when you open and close it. Two days later, the rattle is back. It's a 50 minute drive to the dealership. Just took my Santa Cruze in for maintenance service ( oil change and tire rotation) for the second time. the first time I had a problem with drain plug on the air-conditioning unit had to have a dealer fix t change and tire rotation) for the second time. the first time I had a problem with drain plug on the air-conditioning unit had to have a dealer fix the issue in Myrtle Beach , this time I got a message on the cluster about road conditions that don't exist I was told by the service department to go buy a thumb drive get a computer to fix the problem I don't have a computer this vehicle is under warranty this was the morning I was going out of town, terrible customer service More
