We started with Luke and finished with Alex, she did very well with getting us what we wanted for the right price, however after the car was delivered she did not return my texts, emails or phone calls. The one problem we did have was the car had a sticky-gritty substance all over the hood and roof. The service dept. did finally get it off after two tries. The car is beautiful and we really like it. We also get a lot of compliments on it. We also own a CTS that we purchased from Crestmont Cadillac. More
