After a hearing few horror stories of very poor experiences at other dealerships getting N cars serviced, (using the wrong weight oil, incorrect info about oil change intervals), I was concerned that this dealer might assume, or even insist that my car got the same oil as the other Elantra's. I was very pleased to learn that they not only use the correct oil, but my service tech Alex is an enthusiast who is very familiar with my car, and the N platform in general. I can't stress enough how valuable a person like Alex is to a dealership. Overall, customer service and communication was top notch. Brendan went above and beyond confirming with me that I wanted to forego the car wash and tire rotation, since I had my own set of tires on the car. Thanks again! More
