Worst dealership experience I've ever had. I buy a car from them, they have me sign off on the fact that the brakes have been done, and less than 5000 miles later, I need a rear brake job. I reach out, thinking they probably missed something, and they'll just have me bring it in, only to be told, "There's nothing we can do at this point", by the used car manager. Better yet, he copies the GM and the service manager, and neither one of them even bothers to respond! Unbelievable. Not a snowballs chance in Hades that I'll ever use these guys again. More

My car was towed to Crestmont on Dec 27. The service rep indicated it would be 1 to 1 and 1/2 weeks before they would look at it. After many calls to check on the status, I was promised tha The service rep indicated it would be 1 to 1 and 1/2 weeks before they would look at it. After many calls to check on the status, I was promised that there was 1 car ahead of me, or I was next in line. I was finally notified on Jan 23 that my battery needed replacing. It took 4 weeks to replace my battery! When I picked up my car, l received no apology for the inconvenience! When I asked how they got into the trunk (where the battery is located), I was told they had to rip the back seat out! Obviously, he was trying to be funny. I was not amused. After paying the cashier, she said they would bring the car around. We were not informed exactly where the car would be, but after several minutes, we located the car in the service bay. My wife and I felt as though we were a nuisance. More
