David LaLonde is excellent. Richie Fitch's work required multiple returns, and damaged components of the suspension. Took weeks to get my car if you tell me it needs parts. 6 weeks later, I called and the BOTH parts conveniently "came on the truck today." Anyways to them scheduled another few weeks out....and surprise I drop it off the night before, I get done with work at 5pm the next day, and it's STILL not done. Finally just drove up there a half hour before they closed, to find that they lost the keys to my car and had to scramble to find them so we could leave. More

Emily is the best. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Emily even offered a loaner car to me at no charge so she could ensure my car was fixed correctly The entire staff is friendly and professional. I have other dealerships much closer to me but I choose to make the longer drive because of the confidence I have with Emily and the staff at Crestmont. I highly recommend Crestmont Hyundai. More

3 stars due to some error on their part when getting my car. Nice people and car salesman though.
