I purchased a used car on a Saturday. The sales guy said they needed a day or so to get it detailed. By the following Thursday I had still heard nothing about when I could pick up the car so I called. I wa they needed a day or so to get it detailed. When I did pick the car up the interior was really dirty so I cleaned it myself. There were rattling sounds coming from the trunk which I found to be loose pencils and hard candy under where the spare tire was SUPPOSED TO BE. There was no spare tire which was a big surprise. The new tires they put on the car were covered with brown goo and dirt. The people were very nice but I've never had a worse experience buying a used car. I will never recommend this dealership. More

Offer an option to Finance to qualify for a rebate with a way to lower my initial cash payment for the Car.Not wanting to risk a refusal of financing,I just stayed on the overall payment for the car.as planned .Was shown some of the options avaliable for additional coverage to the Car allowing me to discuss these with a Second person before making a choice.Since I will be driving less than I have been ,found it not to be a good choice to outlay additional funds to cover something I may not use.the policy for. The Salesperson understood my Hard of Hearing (As he was also) He made sure to speak directly to me.I felt that the time I spent at the Dealership was well spent. More

I am disappointed in the salesperson that I had. He was highly recommended by a friend and he came across cocky when it came to negotiating and then when I picked up the SUV at the dealership, I was never highly recommended by a friend and he came across cocky when it came to negotiating and then when I picked up the SUV at the dealership, I was never showed anything on the truck. Bought car with repairs to be done and check engine light to be off. Check engine light was off when delivered but back on next day, dealership said they would fix if we would pay for it. Even waited almost 4 weeks for initial repairs to be completed only to have a rattling front end and engine light on. I would have thought a bigger reputable dealership would have better integrity and keep their word but not the case. Also car was to be delivered with floor mats that they automatically figure into the cost of vehicle but vehicle arrived without any type of the all weather mats. I will NOT be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership EVER, nor will ANYONE I know. Looking into what can be done as well with the negligence on the dealership part and what was promised to be done and was NOT. More
