The service manager, Chris, did an excellent job explaining why I needed the service I did. The service department itself was great BUT Hyundai has contradicting info from 1 dealership to another, explaining why I needed the service I did. The service department itself was great BUT Hyundai has contradicting info from 1 dealership to another, sales people, and from mailings and car notifications too. I don’t want to risk voiding my warranty and there is a chance that can happen because I got conflicting info from many different Hyundai sources. Thankful the manager took the time to go over things with me. But, I am leary about what the correct answer is because of the issues. I just hope I am not spending more money than necessary on services. More
