In November, 2021, I made an appointment to get the tire pressure indicator rapaired. I was told that it they would have to reschedule the repair, three weeks later, due to understaffing, for December 15. pressure indicator rapaired. They don't stock the parts, so they would have to order them. Two days later, they give me a call, and THEN tell me that I have to pay for the parts in advance. I paid for the parts. Today, January 5th, they text me, asking how I liked the service I received. I have not been notified, as to whether the parts are in yet, so I can't even make an appointment to have the parts installed, that I already paid for. More

Joe always has a smile on his face but can be serious when he needs to let you know something about the car. He was the only salesman that went above the other salespeople by letting me know about what when he needs to let you know something about the car. He was very professional and also very helpful as well. I would recommend him. Also, the dealership personal was always smiling and friendly. The sales manager there is very accommodating as well, I would recommend this dealership and I like the fact that is family owned. Also, the F&I person was not pushy which is wonderful. She did make sure that you were offered all of the products but did not push those on you. Great work at this dealership!! I purchased a used car on a Saturday. The sales guy said they needed a day or so to get it detailed. By the following Thursday I had still heard nothing about when I could pick up the car so I called. I wa they needed a day or so to get it detailed. When I did pick the car up the interior was really dirty so I cleaned it myself. There were rattling sounds coming from the trunk which I found to be loose pencils and hard candy under where the spare tire was SUPPOSED TO BE. There was no spare tire which was a big surprise. The new tires they put on the car were covered with brown goo and dirt. The people were very nice but I've never had a worse experience buying a used car. I will never recommend this dealership.
