Emily & David are always excellent. I would give them 5 stars. However, after my appointment I noticed damage to my car & called the service as soon as I got home. I waited over 1-hour for a rotation. I also asked to look into another issue. 1-hour and 15-minutes later I was given the bill for the rotation and a quote to address the issue. No one ever walked into the store to inform me of what they found but rather they did not even investigate the issue but gave me a quote. Next time I’d appreciate some communication from the shop.
