Hard to get a hold of by phone after multiple calls to even make an appointment. Girls answered phones and transferred to Service Dept. but Service Dept did not answer or return calls promptly. Did not fix all the issues and told us we had to do it ourselves so we went to another Hyundai dealer who took care of issue and gave us a new Hyundai to drive for the day while my car was in service at NO CHARGE. Very disappointed in Crestmond Hyundai dealership. I worked with Jay Park many years ago and I don’t think he would be too happy to know that this happened at his dealership. More

BROOKES,,,He sets appt for 8am 9/28 ...Saturday 9/28 at 730am I'm sitting there ,,,8am service manager opens door ,I walk in and say who I am and I have 8am appointment..HE TELLS ME NO I DONT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT I NEED TO MAKE ONE ,,all while the other customers stared at me,,,HES BOOKED .he said....I walked out to make a call ,5 min later he came out and said hed FIT me in ,,AROUND 11:30....He saw expression on my face,and he took care of it 1st...But Acted like it was a huge favor,,,MY xxx More
