Great sales force poor service department. The sales force isn't high pressure. And doesn't use dirty tricks other dealerships do. However, the service department isn't very responsive. Service department states that's the nature of the mechanism; really. I have a friend that fought for weeks to have her car serviced. And it's been months to repair. Once my warranty period is done, I'm done using this service department. More
