I don't know who in this day and age manages to buy a car in <1 hr total transaction time, but Crestmont Toyota made the process painless. I came in, talked to Sergio, he gave me the honest truth - car just cleared shipping and was going to come in a few days. They were honoring the incentives as posted on their and Toyota's website. After some minimal haggling, we arrived at a great price in ~15 min. When I went in to pick up the car a week later everything was ready for me and I spent 10 min signing paperwork and I was done! Thank you Crestmont for being straightforward and working with me on my bz4x purchase. More

Dropped off my Toyota rav4 hybrid xle2020 on 25 March 2025 for recall customer care, :and pick up 22 August 2025 Friday,it took six months !!!!! Daniella advisor call me only one time and told me “ Your 2025 for recall customer care, :and pick up 22 August 2025 Friday,it took six months !!!!! Daniella advisor call me only one time and told me “ Your car needs new brakes and the price is 1200. Do you want it? I said -no .Next day Saturday 7:50am-on my way to work after driving 5 miles! my car indicates check engine lights on with msg contact Toyota service and emergency light not work also ! Called Toyota advisor Daniella and she told me to bring my car Monday morning. After weekend -Monday morning 7:30 August 25, 2025 dropped off my Toyota rav4 hybrid and Daniella advisor told me “it is problem with car and technician try figure what’s going on. iAfter 10 am left Crestmont Toyota with rented car and today is August 28,2025 and don’t have any calls from my advisor Daniella. Not sure yet what’s going on. More

Five stars aren’t enough they deserve a solid 5+++ stars every day. From the moment I first reached out, Crestmont Toyota stood out by being transparent and straightforward, which is rare among dealerships every day. From the moment I first reached out, Crestmont Toyota stood out by being transparent and straightforward, which is rare among dealerships even Toyota dealerships. I found Crestmont through TrueCar, and right away, they provided me with the (OTD) pricing, which was by far the best compared to many other dealerships within a 75-mile radius. I communicated with Dan via text, and he was fantastic helping me with pictures, information, and answering all my questions throughout the process. Although Dan wasn’t available the day we visited, he personally contacted us beforehand, and Brandon, another salesperson, took excellent care of us during our visit. Their honesty and professionalism like helping us secure the car with a deposit under a colleague’s name truly reflect the quality of this dealership. The finance guy Dariel was equally exceptional, presenting all the information clearly without ever trying to pressure us into extras. We ended up financing through a credit union, but even so, the service we received was outstanding. We highly recommend Crestmont Toyota and yes, we drove almost an hour and a half to get there, and we’d do it again without hesitation for the level of customer service they provide. Kudos to everyone there, and congratulations to the owner for running such an incredible business. Also they Speak Spanish - Hablan Español!!! More
