I had a great experience with Criswell motors. I worked with Larry Griffin who was patient when I missed our first appointment and very helpful when we were able to strike a deal on a used SUV. Larry not only had us out the door with our new truck in less than two hours, but went above and beyond in helping track down the previous owner of the truck to purchase the original tires that were no longer on the truck. Larry followed up with numerous calls to make sure we had worked out everything we discussed and we could not be happier with out experience. My husband and I came to Criswell to "look" at new cars. We were just shopping around at the time and not going to make a purchase just yet. In fact we didn't even have our vehicle title or our ch new cars. We were just shopping around at the time and not going to make a purchase just yet. In fact we didn't even have our vehicle title or our checkbook with us, we were looking and pricing only. Tim was the man on the scene. He was right there, we didn't have to wait for assistance. He asked what we had in mind and then proceeded to update us as to what was available on the lot. He noted several different models that were available in a Chevrolet brand. Tim then took us to the lot to look at each one he had available. We were able to rule out the couple we were not interested in either by size, features, or price. We then looked at a Malibu and Tim said, try it out so you get a feel for it. Remember we were only looking and Criswell was the first stop in that venture. After taking a test drive we went back to the showroom and Tim priced the Malibu for us. He took our car back to see what we could trade it in for. We had an older Chevrolet. (we prefer Chevrolets, good rides and good service from all we've had during the previous years) We told Tim we really hadn't planned on making a purchase that day and had nothing with us, not even enough for a down payment. To make a long story short, Tim told us he lived up our way(we were in Martinsburg, WV) and if we wanted to take the car along home we could and he would meet us the following day to get the title and a check for the down payment. What really impressed us was the fact that the following day was Tim's day off from work but he was willing to give us that time. We did wind up bringing the Malibu home with us and met Tim the next day. He not only got the necessary paperwork from us but took his time to show us the features of the new car and all this on his day off. We would definitely recommend Tim Mauro to friends and family.
