Fantastic! I could not be more pleased with my Tahoe! First off let me say I live in Delaware. I went to the internet searching for one that was ordered as I wanted. This is how I found Criswell Chevrolet in Thurmont which I had never heard of the dealership or the town. I called and spoke to Clayton Kennedy Saturday afternoon. They were closing shortly, closed Sunday but open on Memorial Day. So, Monday morning we made the trip to find Clay and my vehicle awaiting our arrival. The dealership was easy to spot with a beautiful HUGE American flag flying. Clay was awesome to work with. He took a lot of time to explain all the new stuff to me since my last new vehicle was 22 years ago, a 1997 Chevy pickup, before the tech world came to trucks. I was given the opportunity to ask all questions I had and get complete answers and explanations. A+++! The dealership itself is amazing. It is cleaner than some doctor's offices I have been to. Even the bathroom was spotless. Their inventory looked well stocked and of course they had what I wanted. I wish the dealership was closer to me so I could be returning for service. However, I will keep them in mind for future purchases when hubby wants to replace his 08 Jeep. I would highly recommend Criswell and Clayton Kennedy to everyone. My experience was the best I have ever had at any dealership. Financing was handled by Andy Russo who was knowledgeable and helpful. That part was also a breeze. You will not be disappointed if you come to Criswell for your next purchase. More
