He was able to work around my busy schedule and set up an appointment for the following day. When I arrived to the dealership, I was greeted by Ken and we promptly looked at the vehicle. Ken is very knowledgeable about their inventory and if I had a question that he could not answer, it was just a few moments later until he had an answer for me. I really enjoyed working with him because his honestly made me realize my true budget without over extending myself financially. Ken and Rob both did everything in their power to get me a great deal on my vehicle without going over my monthly budget. I walked in to the dealership two months after my purchase and they still remembered my name and asked me how the car was doing; they even remembered some personal stories we shared. They explained all the issue's of my high mileage car and thoroughly gave details on which issue's needed attention first. Unlike other places, this place also checked for recalls on my Pontiac G6 and fixed two minor things. The staff definitely wanted to ensure my experience was pleasant and their service was valuable. I'll definitely bring my car back for any work that needs to be done. More
