Awesome awesome awesome. Two enthusiastic thumbs WAY up! Last week I had our 2006 Cobalt in for service. This is the sturdiest little car ever! The things we've put it through, and it keeps on going, like a little tank. We've never had to do any service beyond routine, so I figured at 142,xxx miles it was time some things were going to need some attention. It was making some vibrations when I was braking, which seemed not so safe, and since summer is here, it's vacation time! And I want to be prepared and safe on the roads. Turned out, finally, the car needed new brakes. Bam. Done. Two of the tires had been replace some time ago, and the other two needed replacing now. Bam. Done. I believe strongly in taking care of my vehicles, (Nick Chapman can attest to that!), and Criswell has seen all them! Nick and his team have always been upfront and honest with any repair my cars needed, and worked with me to get the work done, in order of importance, if I needed to know what was wrong and what would happen if I didn't fix it (fyi: if they tell you you need it fixed, fix it.They are not going to lie to you). Needless to say, I haven't ever not done a recommended repair. I trust Criswell 100%. I can't ever thank Nick Chapman enough for the years of excellent customer care he's provided me and my family. I have been very fortunate in life to have such great people surround me: Nick happened along after Ellen left (much missed!) who also took unbelievable care of my needs. I can't rave enough about the quality of staff you employ. Criswell! Nick! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! More
Avoid Criswell if you can! This is the second time I have bought my car to Criswell. The first time I did not receive a survey, probably because of the horrible service and inconvenience I received. They broke a part in my car trying to find out what the problem was. I had to bring my car back at least three times before they gave up and called Chevy to walk them through finding out what the problem was. I was without my car for a week. When I called to complain, I got a feeling that this happens all the time. I fought with myself for a week about bringing my brand new car to Criswell for service. It’s the only local Chevy dealer in the area. They did not break anything. I brung my car in at 9am for an oil change and to get my truck latch fixed. Took them 4 hours!! And they left black sticky stuff all over my 2014 Chevy Camaro trunk and bumper. Had to ask someone to whip it off. More

We arranged for me to bring my vehicle in to the shop in about 45 minutes! and he would get someone on it as soon as possible. Nick told me it might take about 2 hours to do the repair work and that I can wait in the lounge, no problem. After 20 minutes he came out to tell me it was finished and I can take the car home. All of my service at Criswell is done very professionally and handled in a very friendly manner, especially by Nick Chapman, who has been my service rep for over 6 years and 3 different vehicles that I have bought from Criswell Thank You Stuart Cadel More
Efficient Operations When I arrived for my appointment, the service entrance bay was full. By the time I got out of my car and was greeted by EJ, the bay was emptied. I pulled my Traverse in and discussed the service needs with EJ. As there were no major repairs, I decided to wait. EJ kept me updated on the progress of the servicing. I was out in less than 2 hours. This was my first service experience with both EJ and Criswell. I will be back. I will definitely recommend Criswell as a service facility. Very efficient, very positive and very professional. More

I had to replace the bumper on my 2004 Honda Overall: Great experience and service with all staff from both Honda Dealership and Chevy Dealership! I had to replace the bumper on my 2004 Honda LX. Although it's a Honda, Criswell's body shop is at the Chevy dealership location - the one with the Corvettes! Because I could not leave my car at the shop for more than one day, both the Honda and Chevy body shop managers worked with me to get the work done in stages. Harold, at the Honda dealership, ordered the bumper and when it came in a few days later, I took the car to the Chevy dealership for a paint match. Matching the paint for my model is tricky because there are four variations. Matt did an excellent job matching the swatches to my car. And, the bumper was ready in only two days! Since I live close to the Chevy dealership, I was able to use their shuttle service to return home and then return to the dealership when my car was finished. Both shuttle drivers were very polite and very funny. We had many laughs during the short commute. When I got my car back, it was as good as new! More

The Service Department is always easy to deal with and the Mechanic Robert Messina always does a great job the first time and always lets me know what should be serviced soon.
